2. Features and functions

The HY-C quantitative loading controller has the following functional characteristics:

1. A HY-C quantitative loading controller can control the oil generation of two oil crane pipes separately;

4. Working principle

1. Hardware composition

The system hardware is mainly composed of intelligent controller module, integrated LCD operation panel, 24V industrial power supply, explosion-proof control box, etc. The intelligent controller mainly completes the data collection, conversion, logic operation and control signal output. The integrated LCD operation panel includes a keyboard and an LCD display, which is mainly used for data input and operations such as starting, stopping, etc.

2. Traffic collection and accumulation

The HY-C type quantitative loading controller can be connected to various flow meters according to the user's requirements. The output signal of the general flowmeter adopts the pulse mode, the falling edge is triggered, and the frequency range: 0~10KHz. Reserve 4~20mA flowmeter interface. It is convenient for users to choose, set the advance coefficient, and can set the time advance amount (0~99 seconds) or advance quantity (0~500 kg or liter) to achieve accurate sending of materials.

3. Control and return message of valves and pumps

The delay time (0~99 seconds or minutes) of the control switches of the four groups of valves can be entered by the panel according to the prompts of the operation panel. When the set time is reached, the loader automatically opens the valve, and when the loading is completed, the loader automatically closes the valve according to the delay time. Different control methods are adopted according to different on-site control situations. The start and stop control method of the pump is also the same as that of the valve. The switching status of valves and pumps can be displayed graphically on the operation panel in real time.

4. Temperature input and temperature compensation

The loader adopts an integrated temperature sensor signal, generally 4~20mA, which is used for automatic compensation calculation of system temperature. Convert the volumetric flow rate at the actual temperature of the pipeline at t°C to the standard volume flow rate at 20°C:

where Q is the volumetric flow rate at 20°C; q is the volume flow rate at the detected t°C; r is the expansion coefficient; The temperature of the flow rate in the pipeline changes continuously, so when compensating for the calculation, the cumulative flow rate in a short period of time is taken to calculate the standard volume flow rate in that time, and then the total volume flow rate can be calculated by doing integral operation. If calculated by weight, the weight of the liquid is W=Q*Db, where Db is the standard density value of the liquid at 20°C.

5. Chain and alarm

The liquid level switch is installed slightly higher than the tank car level alarm. When the loading liquid level exceeds the liquid level alarm and reaches the installation position of the liquid level switch, the liquid level switch sends a signal, the loader closes all valves, sends an alarm bell, and displays the alarm information on the operation panel.

In order to avoid fire accidents caused by excessive static electricity accumulation caused by friction between materials and air during loading, tank trucks are required to have a good grounding system. After the loader starts, the grounding alarm signal is first detected, if it is greater than the specified grounding resistance (100 ohms), the grounding alarm bell will be issued, refusing to perform loading, and the operation panel will display the grounding alarm information.

Overview of the loading skid:
