
The FX-102 type steam thermal energy accumulation meter is an instrument based on ARMmicroprocessor, which works in conjunction with various flow transmitters and sensors to measure flow andcomplete the thermal energy measurement of steam heat carrier.
It collects, displays, controls, transmits remotely, communicates and prints various signals such as on-site temperature and flow rate, forming a digital acquisition system and control system. It is particularlysuitable for trade settlement and measurement management, and realizes online measurement of heattransfer, thereby providing a basis for enterprise energy management, energy consumption measurement andtechnical economy.
It is applicable to a wide range of flowmeters
Automatic conversion of flow units and automatic calculation of the flow coefficient fordifferential pressure flowmeters.
Trade settlement function: Protocol settlement can be enabled for high/low flow.
Emergency fault-tolerant function: When the temperature and pressure signals are abnormal, theemergency parameter values are used for compensation calculation.
Debugging and calculation function: Supports viewing the original values of signals from each transmitter/sensor, supports viewing various intermediate parameters in flow and heat energy caloulation, such as densityand enthalpy value, etc.
Audit record: Power outage record.
Alarm list: Supports recording alarm information of instantaneous or cumulative values such as flow,thermal energy, temperature, pressure, differential pressure/frequency/volume,etc.
Cumulative reports: Support daily, monthly and annual reports of cumulative flow and heat energy.
Communication function: Standard Modbus RTU protocol, supporting RS485 and RS232Ccommunication interfaces.
