Overview

The FX-103 type heat (cold) quantity integrator is an instrument based on an ARM microprocessor, whichworks in conjunction with various flow transmitters and sensors to measure flow rates. It also works with twoplatinum resistance thermometers (or through a temperature transmitter) to accurately measure the heatquantity of liquid heat carriers or the cold quantity of cold media.

It collects, displays, controls, transmits remotely, communicates and prints various signals such as on-site temperature and flow, forming a digital acquisition system and control system. It is particularly suitablefor trade settlement and measurement management, and can be widely applied in heating systems such asthermal oil boilers and water heating, as well as in building air conditioning heat exchange systems. Itenables online measurement of heat and mass transfer, providing a basis for enterprise energy management.energy consumption measurement and technical economy.

  • Emergency fault-tolerant function: When the supply/return temperature signals are abnormal, compensationcalculations are performed using emergency parameter values.

  • Debugging and calculation function: Supports viewing the original values of signals from each transmitter/sensor; supports viewing various intermediate parameters in flow and heat calculation, such as density,temperature difference,enthalpy difference,etc.

  • Audit record: Power outage record.

  • Alarm List: Supports recording alarm information of instantaneous or cumulative values such as flow,heat(Cooling) quantity, supply temperature, return temperature, differential pressure/frequency/volume,etc.

  • DCumulative reports: Support daily, monthly and annual reports of cumulative flow and heat (cold) quantity.

  • Communication function: Standard Modbus RTU protocol, supporting RS485 and RS232Ccommunication interfaces.

  • Transmission function: Supports standard current transmission output, and the signal source channel can be selected.
