1、Measurement sensor:

At the same time, there are many kinds of metering sensors, so it is most important to select the appropriate measuring sensors, which should be selected according to the actual working conditions of the site, and other technical requirements such as explosion proof, anticorrosion, installation mode should be considered.
2、Quantitative control box:
Contains intelligent quantitative control instrument, internal control circuit and components, external control buttons and indicator lights, power supply DC24V or AC220V optional, sensors or cutoff equipment have direct power supply inside the control box. And can output 4-20 m Agna RS485 signal to other control equipment, also can add printing function.
3、Cutoff equipment:
It can be power equipment such as pumps, or equipment such as electromagnetic valve, electric valve and pneumatic valve. As long as we tell the corresponding power when selecting the model, we can customize it, or we can provide the equipment.


After receiving the signal of the measurement sensor, the quantitative controller completes the accumulation and display internally, and sets the required quantitative control value internally in the controller. When the accumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the quantitative controller outputs the switching quantity signal.At this time, the switch signal is used to control the cutoff device installed on the pipeline through the relay or contactor, so as to achieve the quantitative control effect.

3. The control box panel is provided with buttons of "start", "stop" and "reset", and a "status indicator light" is displayed. Therefore, the display is intuitive, simple, convenient and easy to learn;
4. The quantitative control instrument is liquid crystal display in Chinese. Each quantitative control value can be changed as required, and only needs to be operated within the quantitative control instrument.
