P430Direct-mounted flange level transmitter

The P430 single flange liquid level transmitter calculates the current height of the liquid based on the pressure  sensing principle, by detecting the change in the pressure of the liquid density meter. It can accurately measure the liquid level and density of various containers, and there are two types: flat flange and insert flange.

Working Principle

The P430 single flange liquid level gauge measures the liquid level based on the principle that the pressure generated by the liquid level is directly proportional to the height of the liquid level. The height H of the liquid level is reflected through the pressure.

That is,H = p/ pg

Here, p represents the density of the medium and p is the pressure generated by the liquid.

It can be seen that the height of the liquid level is related to the density of the medium, but density often varies with temperature, which in turn causes changes in the liquid level.

Applications

It is suitable for pressure and liquid level measurement of media in open or non-sealed containers, as well as for viscous, easily crystallized, highly corrosive or highly toxic media, and for pressure and liquid level measurement that requires maintaining hygiene isolation.
