The P40 series intelligent single-crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter is made with the advanced MEMS technology from Germany, featuring a unique single-crystal silicon dual-beam suspended design. It achieves world-leading high accuracy, ultra-high overpressure performance and excellent stability. With an embedded German signal processing module, it perfectly combines static pressure and temperature compensation, providing extremely high measurement accuracy and long-term stability under a wide range of static pressure and temperature variations. It is widely used in the oil, petrochemical, chemical industries and with throttling devices, offering precise flow measurement and control, as well as accurate measurement of pressure and liquid level in pipelines and storage tanks.
The P4O intelligent single-crystal silicon differential pressure (flow) transmitter can accurately measure differential pressure and convert it into a 4..2OmA DC output signal. This transmitter can be locally operated via three buttons, or configured and displayed using a universal HART hand-held communicator or configuration software, without affecting the 4.20mA output signal.

Performance testing standards and benchmark conditions
Test standards: In accordance with GB/T28474 and IEC60770;
Reference conditions: zero-range, silicone oil-filled, 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm,analog signal output, end-base fine-tuning to the set value. This process complies with theverification procedure of pressure transmitters and can provide the corresponding technical standardcertificates.
