Overview

The P344 remote differential pressure/level transmitter is used to measure the pressure or level of media withsystem working pressure. To prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the pressure sensorassembly in the converter, the measuring flange of the remote level transmitter is connected to the converterthrough a capillary tube filled with substances such as silicone oil. It is not only suitable for measuring the level ofclean liquid media, but also particularly suitable for measuring the level of media that are prone to crystallization.contain solid impurities, and are viscous. It is mainly used to measure the level and flow of liquids, gases or steam.and convert the measured differential pressure signal into a 4~20mA DC signal output.

The remote pressure/level transmitter measures the liquid level by equipping the differential pressure/pressure transmitter with a remote seal device. It still possesses all the features of the differential pressure/pressure transmitter and can communicate with the HART hand-held communicator for setting and monitoring

We offer a variety of structural materials, and the welded structure of the remote transmission devicecomponents is highly reliable. The liquid-filled cavity is designed with a low volume to minimize the influenceof environmental temperature. According to user requirements, it can be filled with common silicone oil, with ausable temperature range of (-40~149)°C.

The temperature range for the internal high-temperature silicone oil is (15~315°C).(The ambient temperatureshould be 10°C. In cold northern environments, it is generally necessary to add a heating tape outside the capillary tube.)

The upper limit of the working pressure of the remote transmission device is the rated value selected by the user;the working pressure must not be lower than 3.5 kPa (absolute pressure). For corrosive media, select thecorresponding isolation diaphragm material.

For pressurized storage tanks, single-flange level gauges are no longer applicable. The pressure at the bottom ofthe tank is the sum of the internal tank pressure and the pressure generated by the liquid.Single-flange levelgauges cannot distinguish whether the change in liquid level is caused by a change in liquid level or a change inthe internal tank pressure. In this case, a double-flange level gauge can be used. A pressure tapping port is set inthe gas phase space at the top of the storage tank, and the liquid level is measured based on the pressuredifference between the upper and lower pressure tapping ports.

5. The measuring head must be strictly purified when changing the medium under test.

6.The measuring head must be kept clean and free from contamination.

7. Measurement of sealed pressure vessels
