To this end, both supply and demand parties can agree that a certain flow rate is the "lower limit of flow", and when the actual flow rate is less than the agreed value, it will be measured according to the agreed value (Note: when the flow is stopped or when the flow signal is less than the set small signal cut-off value, this meter will still be measured as zero).

1.3.2 Agreement limit

The flow meter runs beyond the range, which generally leads to low metering values, and if the energy consumption in the heat network exceeds the plan, it will also affect the heating quality of the heat network. This not only harms the interests of the supplier, but also harms the interests of other users. In order to encourage users to plan energy consumption and operate within the set range, the supply and demand parties can agree on a certain flow as the "upper limit of traffic" and agree on the "agreement coefficient". For example, if the agreed "flow limit" is 100 tons/hour and the "protocol coefficient" is 2, when the actual flow rate is 150 tons/hour, this meter will show 200 tons/hour [100+(150-100)×2]

1.5 Quantitative control

1.5.1 Quantitative control process

When the user's remaining amount is insufficient, a beep alarm will be issued until the fuel bill is recharged, and if the remaining amount is zero, the energy metering manager will automatically close the steam supply valve.

1.5.2  IC卡的使用方法

Each IC card is only valid for the energy management system of the unit, when using it, directly press the IC card containing the recharge amount to the key area of the manager (maximum RF distance: 10 cm), hear the "drip" sound, the meter displays the screen in Figure 7-7, indicating that the meter has received the information of the recharge amount, and accumulate the newly charged amount to the "balance", and the amount in the IC card is reset to zero, which must be saved for the next recharge.

    When the IC card with zero amount is recharged to the manager, Figure 7-8 is displayed, and the "balance" on this screen is the original balance.

For IC cards that are not from the unit, the meter will automatically judge and display "illegal card", see Figure 7-9.

1.5.3 Setting of quantitative control
