P340 Direct Mount Flange Level Transmitter

Overview

The P430 single-flange liquid level transmitter is based on the pressure sensing principle,calculating the current liquid height by the pressure change of the liquid density. It can preciselymeasure the liquid level and density of various containers, and is available in two types: flat flangeand insertion flange.

Working principle

The P430 single-flange liquid level gauge measures liquid level based on the principle that thepressure generated by the liquid level is proportional to the height of the liquid level. It reflects theheight H of the liquid level through pressure.
 That is, H=p/(pg)
 where p is the density of the medium,
 Pressure generated by liquids.p
It can be seen that the height of the liquid level is related to the density of the medium, but thedensity often changes with temperature, which in turn causes the liquid level to change.

Product Applications

It is suitable for pressure and liquid level measurement in open or non-sealed containers, and isapplicable to viscous, easily crystallized, strongly corrosive or highly toxic media, as well aspressure and liquid level measurement that requires hygiene isolation.
