Flow quantitative control system

Overview:

The quantitative control system is a device composed of flow meter, flow breaking equipment and quantitative controller, which can realize the automatic quantitative filling or quantitative measurement ratio of petroleum, grease and chemical liquid products, and the liquid level measurement of the storage tank, and can realize the computer networking of the production area and the management office at the same time, which has a wide range of practicality.

System features:

1. Only need to be composed of flow meter, quantitative controller and flow breaking equipment, simple structure, low cost, system control accuracy ± 0.2%;

2. Tailor-made control box, put a quantitative controller in the box, simple wiring, generally no need to adjust after arriving at the site, flow meter and current breaking equipment have power supply in the control box, only need to provide AC220V to the control box;

3. The control box panel is equipped with "start", "stop" and "reset" buttons, and has a "status indicator" display, which can be done on site, so the display is intuitive, the operation is simple, convenient and easy to learn;

4. The quantitative controller can choose digital tube display and Chinese LCD display type to meet the needs of the site.

System Composition:

1. Flow meter:

Choose the appropriate flowmeter according to the measurement medium, pipe diameter, flow range, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, protection level and other parameters and site requirements, the accuracy of the flowmeter is very important, it determines the overall control accuracy.

2. Quantitative controller:

The quantitative controller is a kind of instrument that will process the electromagnetism, orifice, vortex, turbine and other flow sensing gurgling signals through signal processing, calculate, display and realize fluid batch control through the combination of output contacts and solenoid valves, through the equipment batch filling value and advance quantity, with the working mode of large and small valves or to achieve precise quantitative control, single pendulum, pump valve linkage and hand/self-support mode are convenient for users to flexibly configure, to achieve single and batch filling control, the instrument is unfair has rich functions such as opening, accumulation, alarm, etc., and can also realize the button to release the alarm , sensor disconnection alarm and other special functions, and can output 4-20mA, RS485 communication, fully meet the needs of different users and different occasions.

3. Breaking equipment:

It can be power equipment such as pumps, or equipment such as solenoid valves, electric valves, pneumatic valves, etc

Quantitative system operation steps

1、 常态下,断流设备关闭;

2、 手动接通操作终端电源,操作终端显示设定值记忆数值(此时累计流量值最好为零,如保留上次记忆不为零,则必须可以手动清零),此时断流设备保持关闭状态;

3、 手动打开断流设备(要求最好在操作终端上操作),操作终端显示累计流量值和设定流量值;

4、 在进水过程中,即使累计流量值未达到设定流量值,要求可以做到手动关闭断流设备(虽然不一定每次都会这么做,但要求可以做到,即使关掉操作终端电源也行);

5、 累计流量值达到设定流量值时,操作终端输出开关信号关闭断流设备;

6、 回到常态;

7、 手动将累计流量值清零后,手动打开断流设备,进行下一个循环。
