Key features:

1. Anti-theft control:

In order to prevent bad users from stealing gas, the primary instrument anti-theft box and the secondary instrument control box are designed to be anti-theft; After the instrument installation and commissioning is completed, use the remote control to lock the instrument box and anti-theft box, and the anti-theft indicator light (red) is on, at this time the instrument is in the anti-theft operation state; If you want to steal gas, you have to open the anti-theft box or the secondary instrument control box, and do the manipulation on any instrument, but as long as you open any anti-theft box, the system will automatically close the valve, at this time the user can not open it, only the gas supply management personnel can use the remote control to decode before opening the valve to supply gas normally.

2. Pipeline preheating:

Considering that the valve will automatically close during festivals, arrears or gas theft, and when it is opened again, if it is opened directly, it will cause pipeline jumping, equipment damage, and casualties in serious cases, so we consider the pipeline preheating and design the valve to slow open (time can be set) to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and pipelines.

3. High temperature and high pressure special valves:

We use high temperature and high pressure special customized valves, the temperature is 425 degrees, the pressure is 1.6, 2.5, 4.0mpa optional, the seal is used of carbide party grinding surface seal, the surface hardness is more than HRC-65 degrees, can be opened and closed 10,000 times, the general valve selection seals on the market are generally tetrafluorine, PTFE, PPL, etc., these materials are not resistant to high temperature, more than 150 degrees thermoplasticity is very poor, if on the 280 degree steam can not be opened several times even the seal can not be found, Not to mention sealing; I have personal experience that it can only be used on cold, hot water or chemical raw materials, and its advantage is that it is better to prevent corrosion.

4. UPS dual independent power supply:

In order to prevent AC power outage from causing the instrument to be unable to measure and the valve to be closed, a dual-channel UPS independent power supply is designed, one of which is supplied to the settlement instrument, one is supplied to the valve switch, and the single battery capacity is 32Ah, to ensure that the instrument is measured normally after the AC power outage, and the valve is normally opened and closed.

5. Multiple lightning protection:

The system motherboard and metering box are designed with lightning protection circuits, when encountering lightning, the lightning protection circuit responds quickly, makes protection, and then the circuit automatically recovers, and the instrument should be installed in an open place to hit the lightning protection grounding rod to ensure normal measurement; Considering that some users are used in chemical plants or environments with corrosive gases, we also do three-proof treatment on the circuit board: anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-oxidation.
